Do I need a data team before hiring you?

What's the difference between machine learning and data science?
Data science is about understanding what happened and why. Machine learning is about predicting what will happen next and automating decisions. Most projects need some of both. We figure out which tools actually solve your problem instead of reaching for the shiniest one. Not sure which you need? Just ask.
Can you work with the data we already have?
Almost always, yes. Most SMBs are sitting on more useful data than they realize — sales records, customer interactions, operational logs, spreadsheets. What does an optimization or simulation project actually look like?
